Daily bit(e) of C++ | std::bind
Daily bit(e) of C++ #452, The utility for arbitrarily rebinding and reordering arguments of callable objects: std::bind.
The std::bind can be used to arbitrarily bind and remap arguments to (potentially multiple) callable objects.
Note that std::bind_front (C++20) and std::bind_back (C++26) offer better performance when you only need to bind leading or trailing arguments.
For complex use cases, a lambda might also offer better readability.
