The C++17 std::from_chars is a low-level integer and floating-point parsing function.
Importantly, std::from_chars doesn't require or assume null termination and operates on a range of characters delimited using two pointers.
This behaviour is useful when parsing from data streams, memory or when working with std::string_view.
